Step 1: Website Redesign + Practitioner Registration (4-5 Weeks)

Step 1 is the foundational phase where we create the new website experience and the practitioner marketplace. Design and build run in parallel: while we finalise the look and feel, we build the registration workflow and dashboard so everything is ready for growth. This is a custom-built platform (Node.js + React) with a tailored CMS and analytics built in.

Important: Step 1 is practitioner-only login. Consumer accounts and login begin in Step 2.
